How a build runs
Three phases. Five trades. In this order, every time.
A residential build moves through the same controlled sequence on every property: sitework first, then hardscape and structures, then planting. The order is not a preference—each stage depends on the one before it, which is why utilities get sleeved before hardscape and irrigation goes in before topsoil.
Those three phases break into the five trades below, and R2 is accountable for every one of them.

Do I have to hire separate contractors for each trade?
No. That is the problem this company was built around. Sitework, walls, hardscape, pools, irrigation and planting are all carried on one scope, so there is no gap between trades for a problem to fall into and one point of accountability when something needs solving.
