Yes—regularly. Mountain Green is an established part of our service area, not an exception we make.
It will if it is engineered for the load and anchored properly. That is a structural question we answer during design, not after.
Less than in the valley, and that is the point. We select for elevation, exposure and winter temperatures rather than what looks good at the nursery in May.
