Most of the work happens
before the photos.
Every property on this page started as a slope that couldn’t be used, a lot left rough by a builder, or a yard that never quite got finished. What made each one work happened long before anything was photographable: grade established, water routed, base compacted, utilities sleeved while the ground was still open. Open any project and you’ll see the full scope, not just the last day of it.
Where your project fits
Most of these began as one idea, not a full plan.
