R2 Landscape LLC ("R2," "we," "us") designs and builds landscapes in Northern Utah. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit r2landscape.com, contact us, or respond to our ads, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our site or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email, phone number, property address or city, project type, budget, timeline, and a description of your project. If you apply for a job, we also collect the role you're interested in and your work experience. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and whether our advertising works. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we need it to serve you, support warranty work, and meet legal and tax obligations. Then we delete it or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
