Careers at R2 Landscape
We build high-end landscapes, pools and commercial projects across Davis, Weber and Morgan Counties. We hire for attitude and reliability, train the rest, and promote from the inside first.
You don’t need to wait for a posting
If you’re interested in working at R2, send this over and we’ll get back to you within two business days—whether we’re hiring at the moment or not. We read every one of these. Prefer to talk? Call (801) 252-6105. We’d rather have a conversation than a form.
Why R2
Most landscape companies in Utah lay off in November. We run construction into the winter and cover the gap with snow removal, so you are not job-hunting every fall.
Our crew leaders came up from crew. We train on equipment, irrigation and hardscape, and we promote from the inside first.
Modern machines, maintained trucks and the right tools. You will not spend your day fighting broken gear.
Custom landscapes and pools in Kaysville, Fruit Heights, Layton, Ogden and Huntsville—projects you can drive your family past.
R2 is owned and run by two brothers. You will know the owners by name and they will know yours.
Straightforward pay, on time, every two weeks.
The work
R2 is a small, family-run company building some of the nicest outdoor spaces in Northern Utah. Our crews are employees—not day labor—running our equipment to our standards, and most have been on the same crew long enough to finish each other’s work.
You can see what we build on the projects page: Parade of Homes properties, hillside residences and commercial sites—the kind of work you can drive your family past.
Who we hire
Grading, hardscape, planting and installation. No experience required—we hire for attitude and reliability and train the rest.
Base prep, pavers, walls, concrete and stone. Experience helps; craftsmanship matters more.
Mainlines, valves, zones, controllers, winterization and startup. A real trade with year-round demand.
Excavators, skid steers and dump trucks. Valid license and a clean driving record required.
Run a crew, own a jobsite and hold the standard. Most of ours started on a crew here.
Estimating, scheduling, purchasing and client coordination—the side of the business that keeps the field moving.
Common questions
